Ordering:Once you have placed your order via our shopping cart system, we will send you an invoice by email. When payment has been received, the order will be processed. Orders will only be dispatched from our store, when payment has been received in full. When placing your order, we require a minimum of 3 weeks notice for out of stock pew bows to be made to order. All other orders will processed with in 48 hours, we will notify you if ordered stock is unavailable at the time of your order, and we will give you a time frame for out of stock items arriving.
Product Availability:We endeavor to have all listed items in stock available for immediate dispatch. However in some cases, due to our many different avenues of sales, in rare instances some merchandise displayed on our website may not be available at the time of your purchase, if this should happen, we will order the stock in and contact you immediately with a time frame for delivery. Please do not hesitate to contact us if this concerns you before buying.
Postage and Delivery:We use Australia Post registered post. Registered post ensures you will receive your purchases, or be fully compensated if lost or damaged in transit. Registered post allows for a tracking number, in the event that your purchase has gone astray, we can quote the number and track it down for you. We can send items to you using express post at an additional cost to you. Personal Cheques – May take up to 5 business days to clear.
Payment Information:Paypal – Instant payment, credit card or e-cheque. NB. E-cheque will take up to 5 business days to clear in to our account. Bank Deposit or Internet Transfer - Payment will take 24-48 hours to appear in our account. Bank details will be available upon request, please email us once you have gone through checkout. Credit Card- are available using the National Australia transact page in checkout Money Orders - available at your local Australia Post Outlet, made out to Designer Wedding Pew Bows and posted to PO Box 372 Traralgon, Victoria, 3844.
Shipping and Processing Fees:Our shipping and processing fees are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing of your purchase and delivering them.
